SEIZURE OF BRITISH SCHOONER
THE LIQUOR QUESTION

Federal Judge Hazel upheld the seizure of the British schooner Henry Marshall outside the three-mile limit, and ordered the schooner and cargo, comprising twelve- thousand cases of liquor, to be forfeited.
