NEW HEBRIDES.
CHAOS UNDER CONDOMINIUM.
lUlee. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received Julv 13, noon.) SYDNEY, July 13. Pastor Stewart, an Adventist missionary from the New Hebrides, repeats the charges of failure of the condominium. Government affairs, ho states, are in a. state of chaos and are rapidly drifting from bad to worse. He asserts that the illicit sale of firearms and liquor flourishes, and apart from cruel practices of infanticide, parricide, and murder, wherein the heathen natives indulge, the sale of girls to become the wives of their purchasers is still widely practised. The price of a, girl aged six to twelve ranges from ten to thirty pigs.
