Mr. Srinivasa Sastri, a member of the Indian Council of State, arrived- from Sydney to-day as a. delegate from the Government of India, to voice the aspirations of his countrymen in their claims to improve their status in the Dominion. Elizabeth Margaret Aisher, a married woman, aged 58, died suddenly on Saturday. At the inquest to-day evidence was given that deceased had just received a present from her son, who had been absent for years, and became excited. Medical evidence was that death was due to heart failure, caused by excitement.
