PREMIER’S VISIT.
MR. MASSEY DUE AT END OF
MONTH
Responding to a question brought, up in the course of an interview this morning, Mr. W. D. Lysnar stated that lie ha<a obtained from the Prime Minister a premise to come to the East Coast district, at the end of the month if at all possible. The Prime Minister would come overland from Napier, where be would be met by tho Gisborne member, and would first visit Wairoa and Warkai'emoana, Inter coining on to Gisborne. If circumstances permitted Mr Massey would visit the Coast, and returning to Gisborne, would then proceed to Opotiki, and on to the north. The Hon. Mr. Lee. Minister ot Justice. had also promised to make an independent visit to the district, said Mr. Lysnar. The date of Mr. Lee’s coming had not yet been fixed, but it would probably bo an early one.
