N.S.W. ELECTIONS.

(Received February 13. 9.20 a.m.) SYDNEY, February 13.
The election campaign is growing warm, and both sides are having trouble over the selection of candidates. The only partially healed breach between the Nationalists and Progressives is causing heartburning. A section of tho Progressives are determined to run their own candidates, and are opposed to coalescing with the Nationalists at any price, while selections in other instances threaten to result in vote-splitting. Similarly the moderate and extreme section of the Labor Party (Dooleyites and McGirrites) are not happy family as regards the choice of candidates in various cases, and unless the central executive and some of the district selection committees compose differences things are likely to he mixed.
