The Daily Telegraph's correspondent at Vilna reports that despite the strictest measures, against the introduction of infection from Russia, Asiatic cholera- is travelling westward. Eight cases have already been confirmed in one Polish frontier district. At the end of July there were 130,000 cholera victims in Russia.
