Worthington, charged on May 20, lias been committed for trial on a charge of corruptly receiving money. At tho request of the Federated Seamen’s Union tho Federal Arbitration Court has convened a compulsory conference of representatives of shipowners ynd seamen for the 16th, with a view to reaching finality on the question of seamen’s claims.
