The likelihood of Austria disappearing from the map of Europe is foreshadowed by 'Sir William Goode, president of tbe ; Austrian section of the Reparations Com-' mission.. Sir W. Goode states that the delegates of nine Powers on his section presented a unanimous report to the Reparations Commissioner^ from which it is expected that the Powers -will make the grave decision indicated. It is pointed out that conditions in Austria have reached suoh a point that the corporate existence of the country has become practically impossible. — Reuter.
