ARREST OF CRIMINALS.
NOTC'RICUS BAND CAPTURED. (Received November 9, 10.25 a.m.) PARIS, Nov. 8. The police arrested a band of remarkable criminals, believed to be responsible for notorious crimes. Led by a butcher named. Reul Jean, they mapped out the city 'of Paris into districts, where they carried out systematic, motor carHhefts and safe robberies, as" well as several murders. All the crimes were rehearsed at night under the direction of the leader. A search brought .to light several bloodstained relics connected with recent murders. — Times.
