Frederick Spcarpoint, aged 23, charged with having assaulted his mother at Henderson, causing actual bodily harm, -fcas before the Court this morning, and was remanded until Tuesday. Subsequently the death in the hospital of the victim of tho tragedy was announced. — Press Assn.
