NEW SKYSCRAPER IN MILLIONAIRES' ROW.
NEW YORK, March 24.— Milljpnaires' row in this city will have another de luxe •skyscraper apartment house. Fred F. French will build it on the north-east corner of Fifth Avenue and Seventysecond street. He paid £246,000 for the 62:2x172 site to the estate of James Stillman,. and plans for a 12-storey structure call for an. outlay. of £350,000.
