PASHA OF MANY FRAUDS.
Geneva, Feb. 26.— The "Tribune" states that Ismael Hakk Pasha, who was reoently condemned by the Turkish courts to five years' imprißonmenfc , *and confiscation of his property at Constantinople, is living in the greatest luxury at Davos. Hakki was accused of embezzling, in all, £800,000, a portion of -which belonged to the Allies.
