INSIST ON SUBMARINE DISARM AMENT. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) (Received Feb. 18, 9.40 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, Feb. 16. The BritisTi cruiser Comus, conveying the Entente naval commision, has arrived at Keel. The commission stated that the disarmament of submarines had not proceeded satisfactorily and those not disarmed by February 17 wouiu t>e sunk. Thei American cruiser Wioke, conveying another Entente Commission, arrived, at Dantzig to supervise the disarmament of German, warships.
