THE NEW ARMISTICE.
MARSHAL FOCH'S FIRM STAND. (Reuter's Telegram.) VANCOUVER., Feb. 16. Herr Erzberger asked for 'delay m signing the, armistice. Marshal Foch replied that if it was not signed by six o'clock on Sunday he would be obliged to leave Treves and the armistice would no longer be m force.
