Reuter's correspondent at British Headquarters tSsays :■ — There is plenty of evidence 4hat the enamy is anticipating with further concern attacks at various nlaces. A captured order, f points out that the Allies mnsb now be expected to strike heavy blows. The order bewails' the lack of assault troops as rendering th* prospects of successful counter-attacks oj effective resist-artce impossible. Recent prisoners state that every effort has been.made to suppress all newe of -the Amei-icai^success at St. Mihiel. m connection with which alarminp rumors prevail. The general impression appears to be that the American .victory is so overwhelming that the "German army command dare not admit the fact.
