Cable Association) (Received April 8, 9.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 6On the anniversary of America's entry into the war the Committee of Public Information published a report of accomplishments. The total Government expense for the year was 12,067,278,679 dollars. The army was increased from 9524 oflicers and 202,51-0 men to 121,380 oflicers and 1,529,924 men. The Navy' increased from 4792 officers and 77,946 mem to 21,000 officers and 330,000 men. There are now four times as many vessels m the naval service as a year ago.
