MAN-POWER BILL.
NEW BRITISH PROPOSALS (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Beceived April 6, 10.5 a.m.) LONDON, April 5. Mr. Lloyd George introduces tho new Man-Power Bill on Tuesday, giving up the usual day's notice. It is anticipated the Bill will' be read a third time before the week ends. It does not extend conscription to Ineland.
