The town , was bombarded for half an hour. f j Three Russian torpedoers and a number of mine-.s weepers were seized. It is announced that the evacuation of J'etrograd has been concluded. The iiiliabitants are prohibited from entering > or leaving. All trains have been suspended. Bourgeoise newspapers are allowed to republifeh. BERNE, March 15. German Agrarian newspapers are urging that all males m the occupied Russian territories should be transported to Germany m order to furnish cheap agricultural labor. STOCKHOLM. March 16. The Germans ordered the Aalnndors to surrender all weapons and abolished the right of meeting.
