Reuter learns authoritatively that Germany made a big effort. to 'secure a revolution m Rumania, similar to the Russian one, including, an immense propaganda among the army. All attempts were unavailable. Last week 50 Germans m Russian uniforms were tried and shot by the Russian authorities.
