A VISIT TO PARIS.

In the House of Commons a question elicited the announcement that Messr s Henderson, Wardle, and Ramsay MacDonald had gone to Paris to discuss tlie situation with representatives of the French and Russian Labor parties. Mr Bonar Law stated that Mr Henderson went m the capacity of secretary to the Labor party. The arrangement had been settled without the > Government's knowledge.
