HUN SUBMARINE STRANDED.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) (Received July 31, 12.45 p.m.) PARIS, July 30. There are indications that the submarine which was stranded at Calais intended to lay mines. Tlie prisoners boasted that they sank 17 vessels.
