ACHIEVEMENT.
The High- Commissioner reports: LONDON, April 26. Commander Eva.ns, of Antarctic fame, ,was on the destroyer Broke m action m the English Channel on Saturday against, six German destroyers. He torpedoed one, rammed another, attempted to ram a third, and torpedoed a fourth on the stem. \
