WELLINGTON, this day. A man at- present undergoing a term of 18 months' imprisonment was drawn m a l-ecent ballot, and his appeal was before the third Wellington Military Service Board. It was pointed out that m terms of th© Military Service Act a person serving a term of 12 months' imprisonment or over is not a member of the Reserve, and the appeal was allowed.
