WAR CONFERENCE.
COLONIAL UNIFICATION.
ST. JOHNS (Newfoundland) Feb. 21. Sir Edward Patrick Morris, Premier of Newfoundland, has left for England .to attend the Imperial Conference. A member of the Newfoundland Ministry .says that the questions to be discussed by the conference will probably include the unification of Australia and New Zea land with the other South Pacificpossessions, including the former German possessions, the extension of South Africa to include the former German possessions, and the absorption of Newfoundland by Canada.
