TOO LITTLE SUGAR FOR BERLIN BABES.
LONDON, December 5. An investigation into the increasing infant mortality m Berlin has established that the rising death rate is due to an insufficient sugar allowance, according to an Amsterdam despatch to the Exchange Telegraph Company. The despatch saya that it has been decided that eaoh child born after December 1 shall receive an additional half-pound monthly of sugar.
