GERMAN BLUFF TO HOLLAND.
SAYS DEPORTATIONS ACCORD WITH HAGUE CONVENTION. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received January 13, 12.15 p.m.) THE HAGUE, January 12. A German JS^te, replying to Holland's protest, declares that the deportations are m accordance with the Hague Convention, but Germany undertakes to repatriate the Belgians who, fled to Holland, subsequently returning to Belgium.
