AMERICANS FLOCK TO CANADA.
OTTAWA, October 27. Before the Dominion Royal Commission to-day, Mr Dennis, of the Canadian Pacific Railway, said immigration from the United States to Canada was increasing. Mr Dennis also' explained, the efforts tli3 company had made to encourage British immigration into Western Canada, and said the attempts made to start 100 English familes on readymade farms had not been successful.
