GERMAN REGIMENT WIPED OUT.
SUCCIiSS OF ARM^ORED MOTORS. (Received October 1. 8.16 a.m.) PETROGRAD, Sept. 30. Tlio 35th Infantry Regiment suddenly attacked the Russian positions m Eskau district. Despite a murderous machine gun fire they advanced rapidly. The Russians sent three armored motors, against which German bullets were powerless. The enemy's regiment was practically annihilated.
