ZURICH, Sept. 15. Large numbers of Germans continue to travel towards the Italian frontier.
Ten regiments at Voralrberg are specially training for mountain warfare. Austro-Qermany is unable to briiv, troops from the East front owing to tin unexpected strength of the Russian offensive.
