BRILLIANT EXPLOIT IN SEA OF MARMORA.

(Received .June 26, 12.10 p.m.) LONDON, June 25. Lieut. Commander Nasmjth has been awarded the Victoria Cross for a submarine exploit in the Sea of Marmora, sinking one large Turkish gunboat, two transports, one ammunition ship, three storeships, in addition to driving one storeship ashore When he had passed the most difficult part of the homeward journey he returned and torpedoed a Turkish transport. Distinguished Service Crosses have been awarded to Lieuts. Doyle and Hughes, and Acting-Lieut. Robert Brown, naval reservist. Each of the crew received a distinguished service medal.
