The University has decided to allow medical students who have offered their services for the front to take their final . degrees earlier, so as to allow thorn qualify quicker than the regulation five years. This does not mean that the curriculum will be reduced, but students may make more strenuous efforts to pass. The Cabinet is completing a scheme giving preference to returned soldiers. , Land will be made available by irrigation and other settlement areas.
