ALLEGED THEFT.
JUate yesterday afternoon Detective McLeod arrested a young mail, Richard Walter Ernest Simeon, aged 20 years, on a charge that on or about' May 31, 1915, he did steal the sum of £30 2s 6d, the property of his employer, W. Stark i Lawrie. Accused, for whom Mr Mann appeared, was brought before Mr W. A. Barton S.M., and remanded until 2.30 this afternoon, bail being allowed, accused m £5G and two sureties m £25 each, or one m £50. • ■ . «
