BIG EXPLOSION: SUPPOSED GERMAN PLOT.
NEW YORK, June 2., People of Seattle are much alarmed at the mysterious explosion, of 15 tons of dynamite m a scow m the harbor, which caused £20,000 worth of damage. Almost all the windows m the town were shattered. The was the property of the Russian Government and the public couple the explosion with the recent plotting to destroy Japanese steamers, and see m it the, menace of German fanaticism and the first material damage within the bounds of the United States.
