GOOD-BYE TO BAPTIST TERRITORIALS.

During the . social-concert held at the Baptist Church last night m aid of tthe funds of the choir and Church, fitting reference was made to the presence- of Baptist young men Avho are shortly going to the front. Among these there Avere present Mr Stanley tloare, avlio is going to Dunedin to join his brother, Mr Arthur Hbare, both of Avhom are enlisting, iii an ambulance section organised m connection Avith the University; Mr Fred Crafts, who is leaving on Sunday night for. Trentham, and Mr Gordon Cunimiiig, avlio will be leaving m about «a- fortnight's, time.- The chairman, Rev. P. J. Waimvright," reinindecl the meeting that they already had two of tlieir young men abroad,' Mr Len Wilson and Mr Robert AshAvorth, who Avas Av,qunded a short while ago at tho Dardenelles. x Mr WainAvright wished these men avlio were ,-gohig^.away God speed, and told them that whatever happened they may be sure that they had; many, friends thinking of them nt the Baptist Church.
