His light was burning. f \Hss • Jones returned about 5.30 a.m., and spc-ke to deceased, but getting, no reply, she called Mr Stacey, who was sleeping m the front loom/ He cume iii; he lighted deceased m the bed, put hot water to his feet, and. chafed his hands, and spoke to deceased, who did not answer. Jjr. Kicld was sent for, and lie arrived a few minutes after deceased died. Deceased had. been breathing Heavily, but did not appear to be suffering airy pain. The presumption was that he over-strained an organically weak heart, and thereby . brought about his death, which was the immediate result of heart failure., . The coroner returned a verdict that death was due to hecirt failure.
