BOMB MANIAC'S ARREST.
(Press *Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright.) ;■-_■■ PARIS, May 31. A bomb-' maniac named Pechatise, suspected .of murderous designs WM. Poincare, was arrested at Lyons. Several bombs were found m his possession. One was held m place by small back wires connected with an electric switch on the chest. The police exploded the bomb on waste ground. It was proved that if it burst it would have blown the wearer and his immediate neighbors to
pieces. ;
