(Press Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright.) (Received April 7, 9.50 a.m.) SYDNEY, April 7. The Telegraph, in a leader, referring to the new Federation of Labor, says: "Unless behind it all there are some invisible benevolent intentions, tho existence of which is not easy to imagine, it seems that the aim is not to prevent a mighty industrial conflagration, as is said to have been done in tho New Zealand case, but rather to facilitate the spread of industrial fire."
