(Press Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright.) LONDON, April 6. The National Rifle Association for the first time allowed Sunday shooting at Bisley. Major Ricliardson, president of the North London Club, explained that rifles were formerly of low power, and ranges more plentiful, and population smaller, so that Sunday shooting was needless," but the increase in ' population and the disappearance of ranges made it difficult for worker-*-, to get shooting during the week, and Sunday shooting was advocated as a means of improving shooting and as a benefit to the national security.
