PARIS, February 15
Catholic members of Parliament are trying to form a great Catholic party and sought Papal approbation.
The Vatican replied that it would only look favorably on the movement ifit commended itself to the whole French episcopate.
The bishop's are disposed to view the innovation with hostility as being dangerous te the welfare of the Church.
