GREAT REVIEW OF TROOPS. , (Press Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright.) (Received, Feb. 16, 10.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, February 16. Tho review of the Metropolitan troops is unlikely to create a favorable impression. General Sir lan Hamilton, was kept waiting five minutes before the officers were aware that he had arrived. There was an embarrassing delay m arranging the troops for the salute. The massed bands were so far away tliat they were hardly heard. The General expressed himself pleased with the work of the men and the way they marched past, but said the ceremonial parade gave the reviewing officers a chanice of s-eeiug how the . officers ' handled tho men. They must not be taken by surprise. A general must be looked upon as an enemy, because he tried to pick holes m everything. They should bo ready for him.
