(Press Assn.—By Telegraph— Copyright.) NEW YORK, January 28. Frederick Vanderbilt's yacht is ashore on the Columbian coast The Duke and Duchess of Manchester and Lord Falconer, who were aboard, were rescued by a passing steamer. A : tug has been despatched to endeavor to save tbe palatial yacht.
