Miss Rosemary Rees, daughter of a New Zealand Parliamentarian, is .suing Walter and Frederick Melville for infringing her play, "The Beggar Bride," m "Tho Beggar Girl's Wedding." Plaintiff gave evidence that the "Melvilles paid her £60 and afterwards refused to produce the play. The money had been" refunded.
