MANY ARRESTS MADE.

There have been 150 arrests, including that of Salih Pasha, the Sultan's form?r aide, General Hadji, and Nazim Pasha, who is a Circassian prince. j It is said that Halim Pasha's appoint- \ ment as Grand Vizier will be made permanent. (Received June 14. 9.45 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, June 13. It is. stated tliat Shevket Pasha received a warning on the previous day, but had not heeded it. He deprecated the adoption>bf special precautions for his safety. Those who have been arrested are supposed to be mere instruments, the real authors' of the assassination being still at i liberty. It is believed that they plotted ! for the assassination of leading Ministers. I
