JOHANNESBURG, June 13
Thn Government Director of Native Labor, reporting on the high mortality m tlio Rand mines, states that the medical service is shockingly inadequate. The doctors refuse to paj* night visits, however serious the ca9e. Doctors Attend the mine hospitals for an hour daily. The natives are examined at tlie rate of one per minute. The Director recommends Government action. .
