EXPECTED APPOINTMENTS.
(Special to Herald.). ' • ■ WELLINGTON, this day. "We are waiting for a further meet-' ing of Cabinet," answered the Prime Minister, when . your correspondent asked him if yesterday's meeting, at which four Ministers attended, had decided who are to be appointed, to the Legislative Council. Mr Massey added that next session the Legislative Council Reform Bill will be reintroduced, and every effort made to pass it. .
