Tuhoe Te Ua and Katerina Takawhaki (Mr Coleman), amount of claim £59 15s 7d, and costs £4 13s ; Alexander Henry Colebrook (Mr , Barnard) v. Hewa Grant, £9 12s, and <k»t& £51 10s 6d; same v. Hemi WJhakaraii, £7 9s 9d, and costs £1 10s 6d: Mahus Patrick Hills (Mr Burnard) v. Benjamin JEdgar, £4 15s 3, and costs 17s; N;Z. Loan, and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd. (Mr Darrington) v. .Alexander Charles Munro, £20 5s Ad, and coste £2 2s : George Smith (JMr Bright) v. Mansfield £2 10s and costs 10s; Amalgamated Society of Carpenters and Joiners (Mr Burnard) v. pharles Benton, £2 7s 6d>. end costs 10s ; Richard H. . D. Warner (Mr Hitchings) v. Ajiaru, order, for payment of 9s 6d, forthwith m default 2A hours' imprisonment; Dugald Ferguson JLivingstone (Mr Dawson) v. John Hall. order for immediate payment of £3 ss, m default 3 days' imprisonment; Joseph HeAvton (Mr Burnard) v. Hoki Toki. order foi? immediate payment of £5 12s 10, m default 6 days' imprisonment; John Chambers (Mr Bright) v. George Oiiliver, order for immediate payment oi £,\ 14s 6d, m default two days' imprisonment. In the judgment summons case Alexander Henry Colebrook (Mr Burnard) V. Tio Terere, debtor, offered to pay 5s a- week until the debt, £7 0s 6d. is paid off. This was not accepted. After debtor had given evidence His Worship made an order for the payment .of 10s a week.
