George Oiiliver, order for immediate payment oi £,\ 14s 6d, m default two days' imprisonment. In the judgment summons case Alexander Henry Colebrook (Mr Burnard) V. Tio Terere, debtor, offered to pay 5s a- week until the debt, £7 0s 6d. is paid off. This was not accepted. After debtor had given evidence His Worship made an order for the payment .of 10s a week.
