-» THE SIEGE OF^ LADYSMITH. LONDON, Jan. 14. ! Three hundred officers and men who took part in the historic siege of Ladysmith during the South African war met, 1 at dinner last night. Colonel Sir Edward Ward, Permanent Under-Secretary, of the War Office, who presided, paid a great tribute .to the Boers.
