ANTI-MILITARISM IN FRANCE.

IVJ. Millerand, ' President of the French Chamber of Deputiei, denounced in the strongest term* the efforts _of anti-militarists to spread hostility to the army by. recommending sabotage in the case of mobilisation. It was disclosed that during the* Moroccan crisis it was found necessary to take special steps against --the, anti-militarists, and; to arrest one of ■'their propagandists before mobilisation could be rendered possible. The\ v Resident _ claimed' that the policy of these people, if it had any effect, would constitute _one r of . _the blackest crime's pbssible against the country..
