It is expected that Parliament .will give the Cabinet, complete powers with respect to the Tripolita-n campaign.
At present it is realised that it is impossible for the Government to take action to hasten peace, as Italy cannot oiler any concessions to Turkey as a basis of negotiations to. force matters to. a conclusion. -
