MANGAPAPA SCHOOL COMMITTEE

Tike; monthly, meeting of the Mangapapa School. Cdmniittee was held last night. Present: Messrs T. Ellery^chairman), A. Coad, W. McCliskey, H. McGregor, Mesdames Scott and McLeod. The headmaster's -report stated that , the attendance for the . month had been fairly good, averaging , 234.8, which ia .91.8 per cent of the average roll. Continuing Mr Cole, stated : "The school was visited on October 19th by Mr i_. -Loten, Instructor in Agriculture to the Education Board, and he examined Standards 5 and, 6 in elementary agriculture.
